Shock
Direct Damage triggers a separate Shock hit equal to the target's Shock stacks; Shock stays until removed.
Balance 26Game 1.4.0
How it works
- When direct Damage hits a team with Shock, Shock deals a separate hit equal to the current Shock stack count.
- That Shock hit resolves before the direct hit, so it reaches Shield first.
- Shock applied by a cast does not affect that same cast's direct Damage because status application follows Damage.
- Shock does not decay naturally.
- Burn, Poison, Shock, and Sudden Death damage do not trigger another Shock hit.
- If Shield is present, the triggered Shock hit is reduced by 15% before Shield absorbs it.
Direct hit example
Without Shield: 30 direct Damage + 5 Shock = 35 damageThis example has no damage modifiers. Shock resolves first as a separate hit and does not trigger another Shock hit.
