Who runs the site

Batomon.com is a community-run site. Its purpose is to help Batomon players: it shows which teams win on the ranked ladder, explains the game rules, and lets you plan a team.

Batomon.com is not affiliated with berrymint, the developer of Batomon Showdown, and berrymint does not endorse it.

The site is run separately from the game, its store pages, and its official ladder service. Game names, images, and text belong to their owners. The site uses them to describe the game.

What data the site uses

• Game reference. Batomon, trainers, trinkets, items, and events come from the game files of Steam build 26078162 (Balance 26). A game update changes these pages only after a review of the new build.
• Rules and guides. The mechanics and guide pages describe a source review of the current client. Each page names the build that the review covers.
• Public ranked observations. Comps, Meta, the leaderboard, and player pages use public leaderboard entries and public player profiles. They do not use private accounts.
• Companion uploads. If you install Companion and connect it, your finished runs go to your private account. Only you can see them after you sign in. They do not enter the public pages.

How often the data refreshes

The leaderboard refreshes about once a day. Public profile observations, Meta, and Comps refresh several times a day. A refresh can be late when a source is not available.

Each data page shows its observation date. Use that date, not the visit date, when you compare results. Read how the observations work.
